AGAINST THE GRAIN GOURMET® manufactures its products in a 100% gluten-free facility. Our facility is also peanut and tree-nut free. Our products contain no gluten, wheat, yeast, corn, soy, rice, or sugar.

All of our products contain dairy, including cheese, milk, and eggs. If you require casein-free diet, our products are not for you. Our base ingredients also contain tapioca starch, canola oil, and salt.

Our ingredients contain no preservatives, artificial flavors, trans fats, additives, or anything weird. You can pronounce and can recognize every ingredient we use.

Our milk comes straight from our local dairy's cows, not some gigantic tanker truck. Our diary is McNamara Dairy in Plainfield, NH, and their milk contains no BHT, rBGH, or preservatives.

We use shell eggs from humanely-treated hens supplied by Maple Meadows Farms, in Salisbury, VT, not some egg factory with millions of birds. Maple Meadow Farms is a family-owned egg producer. Their birds are never treated with antibiotics or hormones.
